Admission Step-by-Step Process

Register a valid email address and create an account on the KLD Admission Portal.

Complete all required information.

Select your top 3 preferred programs.

Admission is not guaranteed as qualification standards vary by program.

Choose your preferred date and time of exam.

After successful online registration, download and print your application form and exam schedule slip.

Wait for the validation of requirements and results of the KLD Admission Test.

Wait for the release of the Notice of Qualification.

8

Undergo the Institute interview (if applicable and advised).

Wait for the release of the Notice of Acceptance and endorsement to the College Registrar for enrollment.

Documents and Conditions
  1. Voter’s Registration or Parent/Guardian’s Voter Registration*
  2. Previous Academic Records / Proof of Grades (Form 137 or Form 138; TOR for transferees)
  3. Government issued ID / valid school ID
  4. KLD Admission Test
  5. Institute Interview (if applicable)
  6. Enrollment Form

*Non-residents may be accommodated depending on the availability of slots, and once accepted and admitted, students must register in the City of Dasmariñas as official voters.

Note: Requirements must be compiled in a long brown envelope.

  • Use clear, readable copies of documents when required.
  • Bring original IDs for verification when requested.
  • Organize all documents in order to reduce processing time.
  • Follow schedules and announcements for exam and interview details.

Qualifications

Additional Admission Criteria / Qualifications

Grade Requirement
  1. For BS in Nursing, BS in Life Science, and BS in Civil Engineering, a GPA of 90 or above from the most recent academic transcript, semestral grade, or report card is required.
  2. All other programs require a GPA of at least 80 from the most recent academic record with no failing grades.
