Welcome to the Institute of Engineering at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas. As Dean, it is my honor to lead a community of innovators, builders, and problem-solvers who are shaping the future of engineering education and practice. Our Institute is committed to excellence in academics, research, and service—anchored in the belief that engineering is not only about technical mastery but also about responsibility to society. Our mission is clear: to educate engineering students who are entrepreneurial, globally aware, and socially responsible. We strive to nurture graduates who excel in teamwork, communication, and technology through rigorous academic programs, hands-on learning experiences, and opportunities for leadership and professional development. Looking ahead, our vision is to be recognized as a leader in engineering education and research—producing innovative and ethical engineers capable of addressing complex and critical challenges in the CALABARZON Region by 2030. This vision guides our commitment to excellence and inspires us to continuously elevate the standards of engineering education. Beyond the classroom, we foster creativity, leadership, and camaraderie through student organizations, technical competitions, and community engagement. These experiences enrich our students’ journey, equipping them not only as engineers but as leaders who will contribute meaningfully to their professions and communities. At Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas, we believe that engineering is not only about building structures but also about building communities, fostering sustainability, and shaping the future. I invite our students, faculty, and partners to join us in this journey of innovation, collaboration, and service.
