Message of the Registrar
The Office of the College Registrar at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas functions as the official supervisor of registration and the evaluator of student academic standing. We serve as an indispensable link in the educational chain, connecting admission, enrollment, and graduation to provide students with a clear and accurate academic trajectory. By maintaining stringent standards and prioritizing data confidentiality, we protect the institution’s reputation and ensure the validity of all records. Our ultimate aim is to provide an ironclad guarantee for the authenticity of every academic achievement attained by our students.

Key Duties
- Validates and certifies student environment and graduation and later coordinates with the Dean, the Program Chairs and Coordinators regarding its confirmation;
- Checks and approves certificates of enrolment, and releases student grades and records, clearance and diplomas prepared by the Assistant Registrars of each department and assumes responsibility for all these;
- Recommends for approval by the CHED, TESDA or DepEd, as the case may be, matters regarding students’ cross-registration with overload and admission of foreign students;
- Keeps an up-to-date roster of graduates and statistical data such as enrollment rate, profile of feeder schools, and others;
- Plans and executes the pre-registration, registration and/or enrollment procedures of both departments in coordination with the Director for Administration, Dean, Director, Head of Student Services and Testing Services;
- Determines admission, promotion, transfer, and graduation requirements in accordance to government regulations; ascertains students’ compliance with these requirements thru the respective assistant Registrars;
- Prepares the class program and schedule of classes in consultation with the Dean, the Program Chairs and Coordinators; and
- Receives from the Dean, the Program Chairs and Coordinators approved students’ grades.
