KLD successfully held its 6th Bayanihan Day on December 20, 2024, with a strong focus on campus cleanliness. This event has become an integral part of the institution’s culture, fostering a spirit of volunteerism and civic responsibility among its employees and students.
Student volunteers, faculty members and non-teaching personnel actively participated in a massive clean-up drive, transforming the campus through various activities. They dedicated their time and energy to improve the overall cleanliness of the campus. They were assigned to different areas of the campus, each group tackling specific tasks. Teams cleaned the floor, within the building, chairs, and facilities, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all. All these activities aimed at demonstrating the commitment of the entire institution to maintaining a clean and healthy campus environment.
The 6th Bayanihan Day not only improved the physical appearance of the campus but also fostered a stronger sense of community among students, faculty, and staff. Through their collective efforts, the KLD community once again showcased the power of “bayanihan” in creating a more conducive and welcoming learning space for all.
