The Commission on Higher Education approved and released the certification for the offering of the BS Civil Engineering of KLD, through the CEB Resolution No. 147-2023. The new program starts this AY 2023-2024 which expects 450 incoming 1st year students, distributed to ten sections. Passers of last year’s entrance examination have been prioritized to enroll, but available slots are to be filled by new BSCE applicants.
Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas’s top 80 students will receive financial incentives through the initiative of the Office of Cong. Pidi Barzaga. These top 80 students are the inaugural batch of Commission on Higher Education – Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition (CHED-SMART) who were selected as the top students from the previous semester. These top 80 students will pave the way for further financial assistance to performing students and will inspire more students to pursue and finish their education. This endeavor happened on September 12, 2023, in KLD AVR and was attended by Dr. Juanito O. Cabanias, LPT, and other KLD officials.
