The Staff of the Month award was given to Dir. Noel A. Digma, in recognition of his invaluable efforts and innovative ideas which have helped the institution achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
Dir. Digma currently serves as the Director for Research and Development (RAD), under the Office of Vice President for Research, Mission, and External Affairs (OVPRMEA).
For this month of February, KLD has improved a lot of its academic processes with the continuous development of the official school website and its services. This significant milestone is highly attributed to his excellent performance.
Moreover, as RAD Director, he played a pivotal role in the recently concluded 1st Dasmariñas Research Congress. From the preparation to the actual event, he demonstrated high level of professionalism and competence in assisting the entire OVPRMEA team toward success.
