KLD is thrilled to announce that Rudy Bhonne R. De Lara, Director for the Center for Mission, Linkages and External Relations, has been awarded Employee of the Month! This recognition is a testament to his exceptional leadership and tireless dedication, which have significantly benefited our institution.
Among his many achievements, he spearheaded the impactful Cash for Work program, providing opportunities and support to many individuals. His organizational prowess was also evident in his crucial role in organizing the successful One Stop Shop event, which streamlined essential services for our graduating students. Beyond these initiatives, he has been instrumental in strengthening our external partnerships, meticulously leading the development of various Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with different institutions.
Director De Lara’s leadership in these key areas has not only elevated the profile of the Center for Mission, Linkages and External Relations but has also directly contributed to the well-being and progress of our entire institution.
