Our 4th-year students are now one step closer to conquering their On-the-Job Training (OJT)! The second session of our OJT Pre-Departure Preparation, aptly titled "Soft Skills for Success (Effective Communication and Teamwork)," was held on November 22,2025 and proved to be an incredibly insightful and successful full-day event, spearheaded by Career, Alumni, and Industry Relations (CAIR) Unit.
Students gained valuable tools for the professional world through three critical subtopics, led by our esteemed resource speakers:
- Cross-Cultural and Generational Communications in the Workplace with Ms. Gerielyn B. Austria.
- Self-Management and Accountability with Ms. Maria Beatriz M. Malicdem and Ms. Pearlyn Joy Mones.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking with Ms. Maria Lourdes Javier.
The smooth flow and overall success of this full-day training wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of our incredible group of student assistants! Your tireless work and commitment behind the scenes are truly invaluable. Thank you!
