KLD Students Ready for Takeoff! OJT Training Session 1 Done!
The OJT Pre-Departure Preparation Training Series launched on November 15, 2025. Led by the CAIR Unit, Session 1: Professional Foundations prepared fourth-year BSIS and BSPsych students for their transition to industry-ready professionals.

We are thrilled to announce the highly successful launch of the OJT Pre-Departure Preparation Training Series with Session 1: Professional Foundations, held yesterday, November 15, 2025.Spearheaded by Career, Alumni, and Industry Relations (CAIR) Unit, this mandatory session has officially set the tone for our fourth-year B.S. Information Systems and B.S. Psychology students as they transition from students to industry-ready professionals.

The day was dedicated to mastering the foundational pillars of workplace excellence through focused sessions. Our students gained crucial insights from our esteemed resource speakers:

  • Ms. Ma. Fatima B. Estacion (Code of Conduct in the Workplace)
  • Ms. Kenneth A. Auxillos-Cualbar (Data Privacy and Confidentiality)
  • Mr. Jomer Caballero (Stress Management and Resilience, Emotional Intelligence)

In a special feature of the day, we were privileged to host a Recruitment and Information Drive led by SSg Ronnie Ado PA, who shared invaluable career opportunities and practical information, adding immense value to the students' preparation.
The seamless execution and high level of organization achieved were a direct result of the incredible support from our team. We extend our deepest gratitude to our hardworking student assistants in collaboration with Guidance and Counseling Services and Career Advice Unit, whose commitment, energy, and dedication ensured every logistical detail—from registration to venue management—ran smoothly across the multiple session rooms. Your service is truly inspirational and a shining example of the professionalism we aim to instill in all our graduates!

Thank you to all participants, speakers, and our supporting staff for making the first session a resounding success. We look forward to seeing the same enthusiasm for Session 2: Soft Skills for Success on November 22!
