KLD proudly announces Mr. Bien M. Anonuevo, Lead of the Mission and Development Unit, as the Employee of the Month! Mr. Anonuevo has become a central figure in the institute’s growth, specifically through his leadership in various extension projects that directly benefit the local community.
One of his most significant contributions is the development of the college's first comprehensive Extension Manual. This document provides much-needed structure and standardized guidelines for all future community outreach initiatives, ensuring that KLD’s social responsibility programs are sustainable, measurable, and impactful.
Another project under his guidance is the T.R.E.A.D. (Transformative Rehabilitation through Education, Advancement, and Development) Program. As the lead, he has designed a pathway to provide Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at the Dasmariñas City Jail with access to accredited, higher-level academic education. Recognizing that education is the most effective tool for reducing recidivism and breaking the cycle of crime, the T.R.E.A.D. program aims to offer more than just vocational skills, it offers a legitimate college diploma. Through this initiative, Mr. Anonuevo has demonstrated a profound commitment to the city’s vision of being a place of second chances, proving that the walls of a cell should not be a barrier to human potential and intellectual growth. The KLD community extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Anonuevo for these remarkable achievements!
