The PICESIKLABAN sa Cavite 2025 is a time-honored tradition and a highly anticipated, month-long inter-school civil engineering event held every November, celebrated under the theme: “Spellbound for Excellence – Uniting Builders through Magic and Mastery.” This major gathering brings together the seven active Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) student chapters in Cavite: Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas (KLD), Philippine Christian University- Dasmariñas (PCU-Dasma), National University Dasma (NU-Dasma), Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite (EAC-Cavite), De La Salle University Dasmariñas (DLSU-Dasma), University of Perpetual Help System GMA Cavite (UPHS-GMA), and Lyceum of the Philippines University Cavite (LPU-Cavite). Hosted for the first time by the KLD – Institute of Engineering, the event is more than a competition, it is a platform to celebrate the brilliance of young minds, the resilience of teamwork, and the unity of the academic community.
The 2025 PICESIKLABAN was a fierce competition, resulting in the following overall winners:
Champion: Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite (EAC-Cavite)
2nd Place: Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas (KLD)
3rd Place: National University Dasma (NU-Dasma)
KLD, while serving as the host, achieved an impressive 2nd Place in the Overall Ranking, backed by numerous top finishes across categories:
The team secured Champion titles in Table Tennis Mixed, Table Tennis Women Singles, and Billiards Women. They also achieved 2nd Place in Badminton Women, Table Tennis Doubles Mixed, and Table Tennis Women Mixed, and 3rd Place in Basketball, Table Tennis Men Singles, Chess Men & Women, and Billiards Doubles.
A strong performance resulted in a Champion title for CE Got Talent. Pageant success included 1st Runner Up for both Mr. PICE 2025 (who also won Best in Theme Wear and Best in Jersey) and Ms. PICE 2025 (who also won Best in Jersey).
In E-Sports & Academic, the chapter also performed well in specialized events, earning 2nd Place in CODM, 3rd Place in Mobile Legends, and 1st Runner Up in the technical Tower Building Competition.
As Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas – Institute of Engineering (KLD-IOE) takes pride in being the first-time host of PICESIKLABAN sa Cavite 2025, the event highlights the school’s commitment to leadership and service within the PICE-Cavite Student Community. Students from all participating institutions compete with pride, dedication, discipline, and teamwork, showcasing their talents both inside and outside the field of civil engineering.
