The Institute of Engineering (IOE) at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas (KLD) has been named the Office of the Month for August in recognition of its successful conduct of the Institute of Engineering General Assembly 2024.
The event, with the theme Become a Visionary Builders, Crafting the Future of Engineering with Creativity and Determination, was a resounding success, drawing enthusiastic participation from Engineering freshmen and sophomores. The students eagerly seized the opportunity to meet and engage in meaningful discussions with the IOE faculty.
A series of lectures, workshops, and interactive activities were conducted, enriching the students’ experiences and enhancing the Institute of Engineering’s academic environment.
In a special video message, Dr. Juanito Cabanias, College President/Administrator, expressed his congratulations to the IOE faculty members headed by Engr. Kim Carlo A. Lat, for their outstanding efforts in showcasing the institute’s capabilities and accomplishments to the entire KLD family.
The Institute of Engineering’s dedication to fostering a vibrant and engaging learning environment for its students is evident in the success of the General Assembly. The event served as a platform for students to connect with their peers and faculty, explore new ideas, and develop their skills as future engineers.
