KLD congratulates Center for Emergency Management, Security and Safety through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Committee for its exemplary commitment to energy efficiency, achieving a remarkable 90.5% rating and a prestigious 5-star score in a recent energy audit conducted by the Department of Energy (DOE) under the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP). This outstanding performance underscores the institution’s dedication to sustainable practices and responsible energy consumption.
This achievement is attributed to the diligent efforts of the Center for Emergency Management, Security and Safety (CEMSS), particularly its Energy Efficiency and Conservation Committee. The committee, composed of Jaycee N. Toledo, Engr. Mark Pascua, Eunice Luching, Mary Jesreth Bayas, Alona Navarro, Dexter Sembrano, Russel Gatdula, Frederick Ercia, and Allan M. Militante for preparing, implementing and monitoring energy-saving measures across the institution.
