The Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas (KLD) successfully hosted its Trick-or-Treat Activity 2025 on October 28, 2025, marking a special Halloween invite for the children of KLD employees. The event, held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., utilized the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) in College Building 2 (CB2) as its staging area. This lighthearted celebration aimed to strengthen camaraderie and the sense of community within the institution, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for the KLD family.
A total of eighty-six (86) children enthusiastically participated in the activity, arriving in a colorful array of creative costumes that heightened the occasion's spirit. The event featured a planned route where the children visited various participating offices across the campus to collect treats. Logistics were handled meticulously, with staff volunteers guiding participants along a route carefully planned for both safety and accessibility. Participating offices contributed significantly by preparing treats and festive decorations, creating a cheerful atmosphere throughout the college.
To acknowledge the effort and Halloween spirit, three children were specially recognized with the title “Best in Costume.” Their imaginative attires earned them a special token of appreciation and brought added excitement to the gathering. The successful conclusion of the KLD Trick-or-Treat Activity 2025 highlighted the institutional values of camaraderie, creativity, and community engagement. The College extended its sincere appreciation to all participating offices, staff volunteers, and supporting families for their cooperation in making the event a meaningful and memorable experience.
