The Office of the Month was awarded to the Center for Institutional Planning and Development (CIPD).
Planning and development are integral in every institution. At KLD, these two crucial functions are carried out by the CIPD headed by Assoc. Prof. Hernan G. Pantolla.
It is the main duty of the CIPD to plan strategically based on the vision, mission, core values, and goals of the institution and to actualize all planned activities and programs for development.
Recently, the center has made notable accomplishments for KLD, including the review and production of instructional materials and provision of technical support and assistance to other offices, units, and departments for efficient implementation of all development plans and policies. In addition, the office spearheaded the recent KLD benchmarking activity with the Mabalacat City College.
